The most recent renovations include the addition of the downstairs studio 15 years ago along with updates to the kitchen and bathroom of the front 2 bedroom unit. Just completed was the addition of a new roof. Front, 2 bedroom unit has be repainted. The bathroom showers and baths have been regrouted and caulked as well as many other maintenance items. Both top floor units have fire places and exit out onto the main yard. The large basement studio has a patio area to the back and is accessed through the front of the build.
