I am originally from Denver Colorado, transplanting myself to Seattle in January of 1992. Since that time I have lived all over the city. Initally I rented, living in a beautiful craftsman house on Captiol Hill and then a new condo/apartment closer to downtown. It wasn't long before I purchased my first home in 1994. A beautiful small craftsman cottage on North Beacon which I spent many years remodeling.
Now, several years and several real estate investments later, I live north of the city in Green Lake. I have close friends and professional contacts in nearly every neighborhood across Seattle, Bellevue and the surrounding areas. Although I love to travel and try to do so frequently, I am always excited to come home to my city, my home and my amazing family.
